攪拌好的CGM灌漿料應及時澆灌。澆灌時，盡可能從一側注入，以利排出底板與混凝土基礎之間的空氣。 必要時，可采用竹片等工具導流。 澆灌開始后必須連續進行，不能間斷。

灌漿料的用途，主要做用有以下幾點（The main uses of grouting materials are as follows）：

產品用途（）Product application）：

1. 適用于機器底座、地腳螺栓等設備基礎灌漿（It is suitable for grouting of equipment foundations such as machine bases and anchor bolts.）。

2. 建筑物的梁、板、柱、基礎、地坪和道路的補強、搶修、加固（Reinforcement, emergency repair and strengthening of beams, slabs, columns, foundations, floors and roads of buildings）。

3. 可進行地腳螺栓和鋼筋的錨固及結構補強（It can be used for anchoring anchor bolts and reinforcing bars as well as structural reinforcement）。

4. 地鐵、隧道、地下等工程逆打法施工縫的嵌固（The embedding of construction joints in metro, tunnel, underground and other projects using the reverse construction method）。

5. 以及鋼結構（鋼軌、鋼架、鋼柱等）與基礎固定連接的二次灌漿（And secondary grouting for the fixed connection between steel structures (rails, steel frames, steel columns, etc.) and the foundation）。

下面說說他的有法（Now let's talk about his methods）：

一）基礎處理和支模（Basic processing and formwork erection）：

1、混凝土基礎表面鑿毛、并將其清理干凈。與HGM軌道膠泥粘合在一起的構件（如鋼墊板）將銹皮及油污等清除掉（Roughen the surface of the concrete foundation and clean it thoroughly. The rust scales and oil stains on the components bonded to the HGM track mortar (such as steel pads) should be removed）。

2、在澆灌HGM軌道膠泥前4小時，對混凝土基礎表面施于濕潤，澆灌時不得有積水（Four hours before pouring the HGM track mortar, moisten the surface of the concrete foundation. There should be no standing water during pouring）。

3、擋板應支設嚴密，防止漏漿（The baffles should be set up tightly to prevent slurry leakage）。

（二）灌漿（Grouting）：

1、加水量：按照每袋(25kg)用水4.0~4.5kg的比例加水攪拌，如施工不需要較大流動度可相應減少用水量（Water addition: Add water at a ratio of 4.0 to 4.5 kilograms per bag (25kg) and stir. If a higher fluidity is not required during construction, the water usage can be reduced accordingly）。

2、攪拌程序：在攪拌桶內加入規定量的水后置入攪拌器，將一部分座漿料倒入桶內攪稀，再將余料倒入攪拌，時間從開始到結束宜控制在一分鐘左右（Stirring procedure: After adding the specified amount of water to the stirring bucket, place the stirrer in it. Pour part of the slurry into the bucket and stir it until it is thin. Then add the remaining material and stir. The time from start to finish should be controlled within about one minute）。

3、攪拌時，葉片應沿著桶周邊上下左右緩慢移動，以使桶底和桶壁粘附的干料得以拌和；攪拌葉片不得提至座漿料液面之上，以免空氣帶入座漿料內（When stirring, the blades should move slowly up, down, left and right along the periphery of the bucket to ensure that the dry materials adhering to the bottom and walls of the bucket are well mixed. The stirring blades must not be lifted above the liquid surface of the base slurry to prevent air from being brought into the base slurry）。

★攪拌機具（Mixing equipment）：

① 雙柄手電鉆，功率≥450W,轉速≥500r/min（Double-handled electric drill, power ≥450W, rotational speed ≥500r/min）。

② 攪拌葉片用δ=1.2mm厚鋼板制成，葉片φ150mm,攪拌桿φ12mm圓鋼（The stirring blades are made of δ=1.2mm thick steel plates, with blades of φ150mm and stirring rods of φ12mm round steel）。

★注意事項（Precautions）：

現場使用時，嚴禁在膠泥中摻入任何外加劑、外摻劑。不得與其他廠家生產的類似產品混用，以確保工程質量（When used on-site, it is strictly prohibited to add any admixtures or additives to the mortar. It must not be mixed with similar products produced by other manufacturers to ensure the quality of the project）。

★養護（Maintenance）：

1、用濕潤的草袋或布覆蓋在已澆灌好的HGM軌道膠泥上，并灑水養護，每天2-6次（Cover the already watered HGM track mortar with moist straw bags or cloth and water it for maintenance 2 to 6 times a day）。

2、養護溫度應在15℃以上，養護期7天。若現場溫度較低時可適當延長養護期（The curing temperature should be above 15℃, and the curing period is 7 days. If the on-site temperature is relatively low, the curing period can be appropriately extended）。

3、冬季施工需采取保溫措施（Insulation measures should be taken during winter construction）。

★拆模（form removal）：

拆模應在澆灌完畢24小時后進行，拆模后仍繼續養護（Formwork removal should be carried out 24 hours after the pouring is completed, and the curing should continue after formwork removal）。
