拆模和養護時間及環境溫度的關系（The relationship between formwork removal and curing time and environmental temperature）

施工步驟Construction steps：

1. 準備攪拌機具、灌漿設備、模板及養護物品，清理灌漿空間并提前將混凝土表面潤濕（Prepare the mixing machinery, grouting equipment, formwork and curing items, clean the grouting space and moisten the concrete surface in advance）。

2. 支設模板并用水泥（砂）漿、塑料膠帶封堵模板連接處以確保不漏水、漏漿（Set up the formwork and seal the connection points of the formwork with cement (sand) slurry and plastic tape to ensure no water or slurry leakage）。

3. 將灌漿料重量的12-15％加水量加水攪拌（機械攪拌2-3分鐘，人工攪拌5分鐘以上）（Add 12-15% of the weight of the grouting material with water and stir (mechanically stir for 2-3 minutes, manually stir for more than 5 minutes)

4. 將攪拌均勻的灌漿料從一個方向灌入灌漿部位。必要時可借助竹條或鋼釬導流，可適當振搗或輕輕敲打模板（Pour the well-mixed grouting material into the grouting area from one direction. When necessary, bamboo strips or steel rods can be used to guide the flow. The formwork can be appropriately vibrated or gently tapped）。

5. 施工完畢后應立即噴灑養護劑或覆蓋塑料薄膜并加蓋草簾或棉被陰濕養護3-7天（After the construction is completed, a curing agent should be sprayed immediately or the area should be covered with plastic film and then covered with straw MATS or cotton quilts for damp curing for 3 to 7 days）。

6. 使用溫度為-10℃至40℃。嚴禁在灌漿料中摻入任何外加劑或外摻料（The operating temperature range is from -10℃ to 40℃. It is strictly prohibited to add any admixtures or external admixtures to the grouting material.）。

包裝貯運Packaging, storage and transportation

1. 灌漿料為50kg袋裝，存放在通風干燥處并防止陽光直射（The grouting material is packed in 50kg bags and should be stored in a well-ventilated and dry place, protected from direct sunlight.）。
